LEED Signage
We are conscious of our earth’s ever changing environment and are focused on innovative eco-friendly solutions.
We are currently in the process of developing earth friendly signage solutions to assist our customers in implementing LEED ™ alternatives. At the moment, these alternatives include but are not limited to, the use of ultra violet curable inks with no voc’s, soft scape lighting, solar products and recycled substrates, plastics, papers, fabrics, aluminum and woods.

On-Site Survey Analysis
We analyze your exterior and interior signage needs by performing an in-depth, on-site photographic survey of each facility and surrounding grounds. Measurements of the building and sign location will be provided to insure the correct information has been forwarded to our design department.
We also obtain all municipal guidelines so we can recommend signs that will be properly suited for the property and will generally conform to all permit requirements. |

Permitting
Our permit and procurement department staff will work directly for you with all necessary government departments to arrange for the licensing and permitting of your sign project. We are licensed and bonded in over 100 municipalities within the Chicagoland area.
The sign industry is highly regulated by city, county, state and even national codes. These codes vary widely, so it is critical that all of them are fully researched and complied with for every sign project.
Our experienced and knowledgeable permitting staff will submit all necessary requirements to each municipality and if a variance meeting is required, they will assist you in this process. Parvin-Clauss Sign Company makes the permitting process one of its highest priorities. |
