Parvin-Clauss Sign Company is a growing, family-owned leader in the commercial signage industry. We design, manufacture, install, and service custom signage solutions for clients throughout the Midwest and beyond. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and driven Manufacturing Production Manager to lead our production operations and help us deliver exceptional quality, service, and on-time performance.

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of sign manufacturing, production scheduling, quality control, equipment management, safety compliance, and team development. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong manufacturing experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Position Summary

The Manufacturing Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing all production activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with company quality standards. This position works closely with Sales, Project Management, Design, Purchasing, Scheduling, and Operations to ensure seamless execution from project release through manufacturing and delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of manufacturing experience with at least three years in a leadership, supervisory, or management role.

Sign manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.

Demonstrated success managing production teams, schedules, equipment, and manufacturing operations.

Strong understanding of production planning, workflow management, ERP systems, and manufacturing processes.

Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Strong commitment to safety, quality, customer service, and continuous improvement.
