Account Manager

Parvin-Clauss Sign Company is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Account Manager to build strong customer relationships, grow existing accounts, and help coordinate custom signage projects from initial inquiry through completion.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Identify opportunities to grow accounts and generate repeat business.

Follow up on RFQs, estimates, proposals, customer approvals, and outstanding items.

Coordinate with Sales, Estimating, Project Management, Design, Manufacturing, and Installation.

Help ensure project requirements, specifications, and customer expectations are clearly communicated.

Assist with change orders, scope updates, customer concerns, and billing questions.

Maintain accurate customer records and support efficient project execution.

What We're Looking For

Experience in account management, customer service, sales support, or project coordination.

Signage, manufacturing, graphics, or construction experience is a plus.

Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, ERP and business systems.

       Relevant experience is valued; a college degree is not required.
