Purchasing Inventory Clerk

Responsible for purchasing and tracking inventory for raw materials.  Must review requirements and specifications for finished specialty items and subcontractor services before placing purchase orders.

High level of proficiency in computer data entry, Microsoft Office software, and mathematical skills a must.  Organization and analytical skills required.  Attention to detail is necessary as well.

Sign industry experience a plus.

Education Requirements

• High School graduate (minimum requirement) with multiple years of practical real world employment.
• Associate college degree or greater is preferred, but not required.

Experience Requirements

• Inventory control principles and cycle counting background.

Desired Skills

• Software knowledge: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
• Manufacturing ERP

Qualifications

• High level of proficiency in computer data entry, Microsoft Office software, math calculation skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work well with other departments.
• Ability to work longer hours at month end or as needed to meet business needs.
