Parvin-Clauss Sign Company, a fast growing, family owned business, is seeking an ambitious, self motivated individual to join its Account Management Team and assist its growing Sales Team. Account managers are responsible for maintaining excellent working relationships with existing customers and obtaining new clients.

Responsibilities
Effectively communicating with customers and prospects by phone and email
Writing orders and quotes
Building relationships with customers
Following up on activities, sales leads and assisting Sales Representatives with general sales processes
Managing the everyday workflow of the order process to ensure that it is efficiently moving through proper channels
Education Requirements
Undergraduate college degree preferred, but not required
Experience Requirements
Sign Industry experience a plus, but not required
Qualifications
Excellent writing and verbal skills
Organized
Attentive to details
Ability to multitask
Possesses customer service and relationship building skills
Demonstrates solutions oriented, problem solving ability
Works well in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Understands Customer Relations Management (CRM) software
